Trustceability is a Sweden-based business innovation and technology venture developing solutions that make complex systems more transparent, traceable, verifiable and efficient.

Our work combines business innovation, sustainability expertise, systems thinking and digital technologies to connect data, people, materials and capital. We focus on improving the traceability and verification of value chains and real-world assets, helping organisations provide more reliable information to customers, investors and other stakeholders.

Business Innovation & Strategy

Trustceability is founded and led by Jean Pierre Candiotti, a business innovation and sustainability professional with international experience in strategic sustainability, entrepreneurship and technology-enabled business development.

Jean Pierre holds a certificate of completion in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application from MIT Sloan Executive Education (2024), an MBA from Jönköping International Business School (2014), and a Master of Science from Blekinge Institute of Technology (2015), focused on strategic sustainable development.

Our in-house pool of innovation consultants includes professionals with backgrounds from JIBS, Stockholm Business School and Copenhagen Business School. These are individual educational backgrounds, not institutional endorsements.

Sustainability Management

How do we make the right decisions today, move towards a shared vision, remain flexible enough to adapt tomorrow—and generate social, ecological and financial returns along the way?

Our approach draws on the Framework for Strategic Sustainable Development (FSSD). We use systems thinking, a shared vision, backcasting, strategic prioritisation and iterative action to help organisations move towards long-term sustainability while responding to new opportunities.

We consider how decisions, business models, technologies, resources and stakeholders interact within larger systems—seeking lasting social, ecological and economic value.

Blockchain & Technology Development

Our in-house senior software developers have experience with energy-efficient blockchain protocols and decentralised applications.

We prioritise infrastructure with capabilities such as low energy use, scalability, fast transaction finality, low transaction costs, cryptographic security, decentralisation, digital assets, smart contracts, atomic transactions and integration with external systems.

Technology choices depend on each project's requirements. Digital records alone do not establish the truth of input data: evidence, human expertise, verification and governance remain essential.
